Dress Up Your Pup is a small Canadian business located in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. All orders are prepared and fulfilled by us in Canada.

We currently ship to addresses within Canada, the United States, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom (UK).

Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout where available.

Canadian Orders

Canadian orders are shipped from Ontario using the shipping service selected or displayed at checkout.

United States Orders

Orders to the United States are prepared and fulfilled by Dress Up Your Pup in Sarnia, Ontario. US-bound packages may be transported by us to Port Huron, Michigan, where they are entered into the USPS network for delivery within the United States. This allows us to provide US customers with domestic USPS tracking and delivery.

International Orders

International orders are shipped with tracking. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees or import charges imposed by their destination country.

Processing Times

Because many Dress Up Your Pup products are handmade, orders require processing before shipment. Personalized and custom products may require additional processing time. Delivery estimates do not include additional production time unless otherwise stated at checkout.
