Refund and Returns Policy

We will gladly accept returns or exchange of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered or defective merchandise purchased online, with the exception of those identified below in Final Sale Restrictions.  You must contact us and initiate the return or exchange within 14 days of your delivery date.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us to initiate a return.
  2. Customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping.  Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return.  
  4. Once we receive your return and inspected the item(s), we will refund the purchase amount, less original shipping costs.
  5. Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed.

Exchange Process:

  1. We will gladly exchange a product for a different size.
  2. Contact us to initiate an exchange and help with size selection.
  3. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Defective Item Process:

  1. If you have received a defective item, please contact us  within 3 DAYS of delivery to inform us of the issue.
  2. You must include a photo of the damaged/defective item with your email.

Final Sale Restrictions:

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.  The following is a list of FINAL SALE items:

  • Personalized and customized item(s)
  • Custom orders
  • Items marked FINAL SALE on our web site
