Refund and Returns Policy

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected] with your Order Number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it.

• Returns received within 30 days of the original shipment date will be refunded in full, minus shipping charges
• Returns received within 31-60 days of the original shipment date will receive store credit
• Returns after 60 days cannot be accepted

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and are processed within 5 business days of receipt of returned merchandise. You will be refunded the purchase amount.

Customers are responsible for paying return and exchange shipping costs unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.

Personalized items and custom orders are not eligible for refunds unless an error was made on our part.

Exchanges

We are thrilled to announce that we now offer direct exchanges to make your shopping experience even more convenient. However, if you wish to exchange an item for a different color or a new product altogether, you can return any new, unused item for a refund and place an order for the new item that you would like instead. You will receive a coupon for free exchange shipping during the returns process.
